ICANL™, ICAEL™, and ICAVL™ accreditation and reaccreditation services

	Credential each reading doctor and technologist.
	Complete the full application.
	Instruct each technologist the proper way to perform a study in accordance with the Standards for that modality.
	Review the final reports and revise according to the Standards.
	Provide all policies and procedures custom made for each unique lab complete with a manual for continued reference.
	Develop and implement a QUALITY assurance program complete with the policy and QUALITY assurance tasks required and tools designed for each task measured.
	Review and collect all case studies. Package all items for submission.
	Remain “on-call” for any issue, question or concern for as long it takes to become fully accredited.
	Provide on-going help with QUALITY assurance and reaccreditation.

A project manager will be working with your physicians and staff to develop your Step-by-Step protocols, assist in selecting and performing the case studies for submission and designing a comprehensive QUALITY assurance program. This accreditation process takes about 100 hours of work and requires a team effort. Fraser Enterprises, LLC provides the team leadership for this project to get it done correctly and in a timely fashion.

Outsourcing of Staff

Fraser Enterprises, LLC’s “On-Call” imaging services has proven valuable in maintaining continuity of patient care. This continuity is essential when staff nuclear technologists are unable to perform their regular nuclear medicine or echo scanning duties.
